You Mess Things Up, always . Why?

Please restore my savings pocket you time wasters. I was in the bank queue almost a month ago to downgrade my account. Since then this was not done. Just restore my account to what it was seeing you cannot follow instructions.

I am not coming there, someone has to give me a call and resolve this issue. It is unfair that i have banked with you for the past ten years but every time i visit the bank, you mess things up. You sit in the queue for up to 45 minutes just to get a raw deal. What kind of none-sense is this?
