You'll never rip me off

<p>I was recently retrenched and contacted FNB to confirm if I have retrenchment cover on my credit card. Indeed they confirmed that I did and also referred me to the nearest branch to obtain a retrenchment claim form that needed to be filled and sent back to *** . After sending these forms through in the beginning of April I didn't hear from FNB and month end came and my account was debited. I followed up and was sent from pillar to post. I then went to Carlswald branch last Friday and was referred to the in house tell which they dialled the numbers for me to get through to card insurance. This call lasted for over 35mins because I was transferred to the wrong departments every single time I'm being transferred. Eventually after venting my frustrations I got to the right department only to be told that I have death and disability cover but not retrenchment. Ha ! How convenient, if I have died, you probably were going to tell my family that I have retrenchment and disability but not death. I need you to find the call where your consultant confirmed that I have retrenchment cover on my credit card , then I need the insurance for that to be paid out, you rip people off , you wont get away with it ! I need someone to contact me urgently and sort out this mess that you have created.</p>
