I have been a client of FNB, for many years. Somewhere in my dealings with them, my paths crossed with Lebogang Mankga.

This lady is extremely passionate about her work!

Due to a stoke, I am hemiplegic (paralysed) in my right, dominate side. I also tend to switch numbers around, & I am very forgetful.

Kindly understand, I am not mentioning this to get empathy, but to put things into context. Lebogang, on many occasions had to patiently repeat numbers and emails addresses to me.

I have recently told her, I am 💯 sure that when FNB thought of their slogan "How can we help you, they were wishing for employees like Lebogang!

If you should know how you can help me FNB, keep employing people of Lebogang's standard!
