**** you customers...we hate you !
my card stopped working (reason unknown) and so I called the helpdesk. they put me on hold and then I was asked to perform steps and then transferred to someone else and then they hung up on me! Unbelievably poor service as usual...I think I will just put a gun in my mouth, it's better than being a member of FNB....

She showed me that the nearest branch was near Cavendish square. As a disbled person, it was very difficult for me to get there, but I did...only to find that the branch is being refurbished and is not open! How can you hate your customers more than the ANC hates its citizens? This unbelievable lack of respect for customers and the verbal ****** comments from staff every time I call, is not satisfactory...I look forward to seeing you in court. Also, I asked for a customer review questionaire to rate your service and the agent said I would be sent an email....which never arrived. It reminds me of an old joke I heard about FNB. How do you know if an FNB employee is lying? Their lips are moving....
