You can't HELP us!

It amuses me that FNB makes use of the slogan \How can we help you?"as they are THE most unhelpful institution ever. Their call centre consultants are completely disinterested in assisting clients in any way and when I suggested I make use of another bank I was told \""okay\"". Shame on you FNB.... your slogan itself is FALSE ADVERTISING!"""
