You can pay but you can not receive

<p>I recently won some money on a SA gambling site. FNB had no problem authorizing the amounts (VISA) I wagered at the casino but when I wanted to withdraw the funds, they reversed the funds back to the same institution.</p> <p>How can a bank allow outflows on forex but the moment you get something back, they refuse it.</p> <p>I also held on for in total 3 hours before an agent abruptly told me that FNB does not deal with Skrill.</p>
