You can do better FNB!

There is just no satisfaction around FNB, their secure chat does not answers my questions, then their secure call option, no one can ever hear me, then calling them, you get transferred from pillar to post and no one can ever answer your question or the line just gets cut after holding on for which feels like, for ever which was answered by an unfriendly agent.
