How can we help you , oh no how can we make your financial life miserable. Why so you still run debit order on my account even though you agreed that the request to debit be was ********ly granted as I never gave you permission to do so.My partner changed debit details and offered you my account number as they wanted to stop paying their share , you went ahead and accept . I was told even though it was not right how it happened , yet will still debit me , I don't see sense in this than victimising me . Funds in my account can't cover full bond amount yet you still go on run debit order. I requested reduced payment plan I was denied , what I'm expected to do if there are no funds to cover full amount. You don't stand by your slogan , after all this years with 1 bank however I can't be assisted for just 3 to 4 months of atleast paying half repayment. I'm not intentionally defaulting , you can see trying to debit my account for full amount just making things worse for me as you charge me R360 for unpaid.
