YOU ARE THE REASON I MOVED TO ABSA

Once again received the most pathetic and useless service from FNB, that's why we moved to ABSA in January and that was one of the best decisions ever made.

As mentioned we moved to ABSA so the account at South Africa's most useless bank FNB is inactive and a hold was placed on the account. One of our client who also cant read deposited funds into the wrong account (our old FNB account) instead of our ABSA account.

We cant get the funds out of the account because your useless and *********** consultant Jeanette can not remove the hold on the account nor is she listening to what I am saying because she is one track minded like a stuck CD on the same track.
