You are pretty useless.

We have been trying to open bank accounts now for the past two weeks for 2 of our new businesses. If i knew it was going to be such a struggle i would have rather gone to the branch.

I was actually warned by another client of your that trying to open an account online is a disaster. Well look and here we are. I will not recommend anyone one to open a business account online. Its going backwards and forwards and getting nowhere. If i don't phone every second day to follow up nothing is happening.

So let me make it very clear now if this two accounts are not open by 1st November 2025 I will move all 3 my businesses away from FNB. You guys need to get grip. There is a reason why we are truing to open bank accounts, why we need them. Did you know or have you ever thought that if a business dont have a bank account they can really operate? Have you ever thought of that or is that also to much to do?
