You are not your slogan! Online devices not helpful at ALL.

I have been trying to apply for a device online, and trying to find out why I dont qualify. But trying to get hold of ANYONE who can assist me.

I have been online with FNB “service” and “sales” For 20min they keep passing me back and forth between each other and no one can assist me. I had this exact issue on Saturday and then the phone got put down on me after no success!

You are not your slogan FNB! Disappointed! Absolute terrible service. I have multiple accounts with you and this is the service we get!
