You are ****ing us by hanging on to payment for accounts handed to NBA

I have 2 bad debt accounts which I am paying through NBA your attorney you appointed to collect on these. I do understand the process and I acknowledge that I owe you and under the circumstances I am trying my utmost best to pay.

Infact if it was up to me I would have settled this accounts just to give myself some peace of mind.

I paid one of these accounts and the payment is still reflecting that it esd on done whereas I did an immediate payment from Capitec on the 1st March and it's not nor reflecting on this account.

I was wondering why am I being harrassed despite making these payments then I realized that you FNB take like 15days to inform these attorneys of the payment made. I did say I acknowledge my bad debt accounts now does this mean that I can never have peace. Because I get like 15 calls a day something that I even requested the Credit Ombudsman to assist me with.

The message I am getting is that whether I make payments or not I will be called every hour of the day. These calls are depressing to a point that I am on the verge of having a nervous breakdown if someone must call me one more time and ask me for my ID number dispute the payment that you are still holding on.

I so wish I could get a reasonable settlement about and hustle to get that paid so that I could have peace in my life even if I am not working.

NBA is a death penalty for someone who has accounts handed to them and are not working. Infact their calls I am somehow sure that they fall on the borderline of HARASSMENT which I think I need to dispute with DCA.
