You are just a number with your own bank.

<p>I am so sick and tired of FNB, I wish there was a way out of it. It doesn't matter how long one has been with the bank. The personnel treat you as a number.</p> <p> </p> <p>I had an overdraft with the bank, I paid it off. They are still deducting money for debt protection. When I call and ask, they make you hold for 15 minutes. When you are done holding, they can't verify you 'cause there's something wrong with your phone and you need to use another one.</p> <p> </p> <p>What on earth is that? So sick of FNB.</p>
