You are holding more than R7000 hostage!! I want it now!!
This is my reference number Rc ********** 1259. I want my money today. I opened this account with the hope that you would be better than ABSA but you are just as ****ty as them. I transferred money to another FNB account but the money was never transferred. I queried a week later and was told this normal for new accounts, that money just floats. 2 weeks later, the money is still floating. Everyday it's " you will get it today" "today is the day". I want it today alternative, get me in touch with your CEO now!! I EXPECT THIS TO BE RESOLVED TODAY!!

I will not struggle for food and transport while I have so much money. It might not be much to FNB but it is to me.
Today is the 17th I haven't groceries. What must I eat? How must I travel?
