You are at risk of your accounts being frozen

I'm concerned that I keep receiving emails and sms messages regarding my business not being FICA registered. When I look online the status is fine but after reading the reviews here I realise it's far from fine. I've tried phoning but it is automated messages at every turn. Can someone advise what to do?
