I was amazed by the service I received from Tebogo from Premier Banking today. Others can learn a thing or two from her about customer service. 1st time I've received this kind of service from FNB

10 Jun 2022, 09:00So here I'm thinking fnb up their game because of Tebogo's amazing service. Just to get a rude awakening again. I've Been trying to close my personal loan account with no luck. I've been holding for more than 10min now waiting for Floyd to assist me only to find out he trf me to the easy help desk. You should fire Floyd. People like him make you loose clients
