You are a Bank, you cannot share customer information at will.

This started with trying to place a device order which ended in shambles, it took two days to finally place the order.

Then I was contacted by a third party company who were given my personal information without my consent. Who then passed it on to another company.

This is truly mind boggling stuff. You are a Bank your customers information should be kept safe. How is this a concept beyond your understanding.

This all is made worse by the fact that I had this exact argument 4 years ago and was promised a resolution.

Even during that exchange the disregard for customer information was made excruciatingly evident by the FNB correspondent sending me another persons account and personal details .

At the moment I have no Idea where my devices are or what the status of my delivery is. I am however a 100% sure that i will not comply with the ridiculous requirement by FNB to share my sensitive personal information with any third party in order to be able to do business with FNB.
