Yet more ******* service from FNB

FNB online banking is a joke. I Reset username and password. Now i have to go to the branch or atm to "varify card and chip" because "the System" (read GOD) has ....blah blah blah. Well done FNB, I am not making my way on a cold rainy day to an ATM because your system is in my opinion "*******". The whole point of online banking is to avoid this in the first place. I will stop using FNB immediately
