Yet more frivolous charges!

Yet more frivolous charges: - Twice charged "Declined Authorization Fees",when my card was never declined! - It's brand new. I have yet to here back from them regarding my previous complaint,last week, regarding Interest having been charged on a completely paid up Account - Not even a 1 cent Balance. They sent me a Ref. # ***NF,& NOTHING after that - It's been days now. They are not bothered to respond,or RECTIFY THEIR MISTAKE! I had to send them a follow-up E-Mail to find out what the hell's going on,which they have also IGNORED,& are not bothered to address their clients! It seems that FNB feel they can keep charging their clients these completely frivolous charges & get away with it. It's clearly time to change banks,in fact,way past time. I AM SO DAMN FED-UP WITH THIS GARBAGE!!!
