Yet another unauthorized Debit Order - I am tired of this!

I have been a client for 10 years now and silently suffered at least twice a year with unauthorized debit orders. This year I finally decided that enough is enough and you know what? FNB takes absolutely no accountability for allowing *****ulent transactions to take place on our accounts, I am being sent around as though I am the one at fault and I keep getting calls telling me a bunch of excuses and no solution in sight. This is extremely disappointing.
