Yet another issue regarding PayPal

Again it seems like I have to post a review every week with this compa y regarding my PayPal, every week it seems to be an issue, it's now been almost 5 days since I withdrew from my PayPal, usually it takes 2 working days and I know it is just a lady that needs to press accept to let this happen, do I really have to make a stink every weekend about this bank???
