Yet another deduction from SASSA grant after we had spoken about this

Im so tired of having to write a bad review about FNB every other day.

Im also really tired of the inconsistency o FNB.

*November 2019 money was from my SASSA grant for a personal loan. *December 2019 money was deducted from my SASSA grant for a personal loan. *I complained about this, I was promised a refund for monies debited for both months. Only 1 month was refunded. *I called to follow up and I was told Im not getting my November money anymore *AGAIN I had to complain on Hello Peter to have money refunded to me, only then did I get it back. *January 2020 money is deducted from my SASSA grant for a personal loan I have provided proof of no longer being employed through vericred.

I dont understand. Up until my unemployment, I have always paid my temporary loans as well as my installments. I would not have a SASSA grant if I was employed, its the law! Im getting paid R430 and FNB deducts R250. Thats more than HALF of my sons grant money.

It seems to me FNB is not willing to extend themselves to understand the consumer. If government is giving me money to survive, FNB must take that money for themselves!

PS: Im still waiting for a call regarding how my ***** case was handled. It hasnt come.
