Can Lesedi from FNB credit card division please phone me back. The phone line was back & I thought she would have phoned me back but that didn't happen. I did try to phone back held on for 20 minutes, hearing continuously that there's a high call volume. Maybe employ more staff & issue cards correctly & you won't have so many calls
