yet again FNB fails to help. so much for 'how can we help you"

yet again FNB fails to help. every month there is something new that makes me rethink banking with FNB. This time they even moved to actually register with hello people and actually type out a complaint. Because even their complaints process is problematic

I have been without a card for 3 weeks. I order the first one online it wasn't delivered under the time frame.

when I called your people (FNB and DSV) could not tract this car. I was advised to cancel it and order a new one, which I did. Again 7 days in no one had made contact to confirm delivery address.

Today I received a card but it is the canceled card. Which was ordered on the 16th.

its almost a month later and I am still without a card.

As a result, I have had to transfer money better my debit account and credit account. Withdraw from my credit card all of which are things and is happy to charge me for.

yet still, no one is able to tell what went wrong. how when and what will be done.

so here is how you can help me. send me my card and cancel all the service fees you have charged me this month

Reviewer Update
Fnb delivered my card the next day and the investigation continues for the next week. At the end of it all, they reversed all my bank charges for that month.
