Yet again terrible service why oh why can you not get any help when phoning ***. I spoke to Caleb unknown department who then transferred me to accounts spoke to Lwasie who was unable to access my profile who was then transferring me to online banking & I promptly got cut off. Can someone please phone me on *** to help me with my problems, preferably someone who knows what they are doing
