Yet again bad service from FNB

Im absolutly appalled by FNB, im moving to another bank. This bank flat out told me they cant assist with an issue partaning to my savings accout. Their online team is the worst, you are transfered to four different people Mbali,Sandile, ntokozo. Still no one can assist!!
