HELLO PETER My mother in old and staying on a remote submitted a late estate application at FNB Vrede branch on the 22 December 2020 She told that the turn around time is 14 days. only after spending R1500 was she told that it take 21 days. To date nothing has happened the lady has been off sick, on a remote are, without income. This has been escalated over 5 times with the late estate division. FNB late Estate division guy are the most in sensetive , and Pathetic division that I do not wish and grieving person should deal with.
