i work for McCarthy vw ,i had a client purchased a car from me ,i sent the client to Giyani branch (fnb masingita mall) to fica the documents id and proof of residence for us to get the payout ,my client didn't get any help from Giyani branch, my worry is when i sell a car with any bank i don't struggle to get the fica stamp but with fnb Giyani branch the consultants are not helpful when it comes to the fica stamp my worry is i have a lot of clients around Giyani that are willing to buy from me i used to go there to do the same thing they used to do it for me but now they refuse to fica the documents, vwfs is the division of first rand bank limited i will be happy if the first rand bank limited can intervene on this matter.
