Is there someone that can assist me on this matter.. I'm still waiting g on the fbn dispute card to come back to me on regarding the money that they must give back to me.... I've send on Monday again a email and no respond back.... I have subscribe for a monthly free trial subscription... On Microsoft teams on laptop they the transaction went through as a 1 yearly subscription where I didn't apply for it...I've send an email to Microsoft teams regarding this matter and they told me I've must clear it up with my bank. Evidence was send already to fnb dispute cards department they only told me it takes 5days to investigate.... And the 5 days is long overdue since that I didn't hear from them again although I'm still sending g emails... C. Oerson...
