Y FREEZE OUR FNB BUSINESS ACCOUNT, U HAVE ALL OUR FICA DOCS

<p>FNB BUSINESS DIVISION, 22 June morning Handed in FICA KYC docs in time, Consultant said all is verified, I transacted after I left the branch. Then account got frozen. Y dyu freeze accounts without proper consultation no phone call no nothing .big inconvenience, call centre not answering whole day on 22, 23 and lost a load of airtime holding on, business money that could have been invested better. We submitted and now we are frozen and losing business because no one is answering that number ********** . they said end of day 24th June and its still not resolved. How do we make money now when we cant receive payments or pay our suppliers, cant pay your bank charges or rent and salaries.</p>
