XENOPHOBIC BANK. MISTREATMENT OF FOREIGNER

So after going back and forth with you guys, i went to the branch with all my documents my passport and asylum. I was told that i can now link my account to my paypal which is what i have been wanting to do for a long time. Now when i try to link it i am getting this error that tells me i can not use my passport for paypal transactions and i have to change it to my temporary residents permit (asylum). This is not right. How many times do i have to go back and forth to your branches? i have used a lot of money going back and forth and nothing is being done. I have been banking with FNB for three years and all i just need is to be able to use my paypal with FNB but nobody seems to have a clue and nobody seems able to help. I am beginning to think this has something to do with being a foreigner here. Everything will be going great until i mention my nationality. This is just not good at all. Why do you have to make life extremly hard for foreigners that have been banking with your for ages? i have been banking with FNB for three ******* years and all i want is to link my paypal. I have all my documentsi n order including the asylum that i had been told to bring. And yet i somehow can not link my paypal to my FNB?who is going to help me now? I hope someone gets to sue you for this. It is unfortunate i can not afford to sue you but i hope someone can. I have gone back and forth and called u multiple times and i get generic responses and no help at all. what is that?xenophobic bank
