WWERE IS MY BREAK FROM PAYING MY LOAN IN JANUARY 2024

I am supposed to have a break from my FNB FNB loan in January 2024. However this morning I discover they have deducted my 1st of January payment. I pay the loan installments on the 1st of the month and the 15th of the month. I have for December 2023 paid 3 installments now.Where is my break from paying my loans in January? I am now not going to meet my direct debits for the 1st of January 2024. WELCOME TO FNB NOTHING BUT LIES AND INCOMPETENCY
