Wrongly listed on Credit Bureas

I took a temp loan with FNB in April of which I have successfully reversed but to my surprise when I tried to apply for a vehicle finance I was declined because FNB temp loan shows on my credit profile as an instalment amount of R7 724. I tried call FNB since yesterday morning but I’m being transferred from one caller to the next no body seems to have a clue about their jobs. I’ve been transferred and my airtime waisted the entire time without any resolution. FNB has really messed me up, why would you list my name on credit bureaus when I do not owe you anything . I’m so hurt and deeply disappointed by FNB
