Wrongly debited and no assistance

On 01/12/2015 and 02/01/2016 I was debited R2400(total R4800) for Ms A Swart's homeloan.
I queried this on the 3rd of January and I was told they will look at it and return to me by the 6th. This was not done, I had to call FNB several times and everytime I make follow ups the consultants seem not to know what is happening(meaning no action)and when I will get my refund. Today I went to FNB Sandton and still no satisfactory assistance and I was put on the phone to talk to an agent on the Private Clients division to no avail. I need to use this money of which I have planned for the month of Jan.
To be this is not difficult to check, a n agent told me that this was sent to the teamleader on the seventh. 7th?whereas the query was raised on the 3rd. What kind of an investigation takes such a huge company to resolve such a simple matter.
Note: The homeloan belongs to Analise Swart, I am paying for it and did not consent. Call Ms Swart to confirm or call the both of us to a branch, tell Ms Swart that she is 2 installments behind and refund my money. How difficult is that?
Used to receive my salary from Capitec and I think I should go back because I never experienced such bad service.
