wrongly charged ..pmt honfee its **** fnb must takes us customers srsly..
pmt honfee ****....please why am wrongly charged for the transaction that i dnt know,i have emailed countless emails to the accounts department but they dnt want to take it off my account...what is this PMT HONFEE and its so annoying that i have put in red whenever i transfer my money in the account they will deduct. We are still under lockdown and fnb you are busy trying to rob us poor people

08 Jul 2021, 13:44They dont even care, been trying to get hold of the non res department bt no luck... I cant afford to pay that money its too much this time around where some of us are waiters now they busy wrongly charging us

08 Jul 2021, 13:51Fnb you should stop charging us with wrong transaction that we are not aware of.. Whem you deduct the money you deduct immediately bt if its ur turn to fix your mess you take forever and you expect us to be patient..... Stop *****ing from your customers please..
