Wrongly charged funds

Good afternoon

I have a problem with fnb ,everytime when I pay my online purchase (pay just now account)they charge me R200.00 which they say is for unpaid fund even if it's my first transaction after being paid by my employer. Hello Peter please assist me in resolving this issue
