Wrongly charged

Good morning, please help with fnb My account was supposed to have debit order today for R122 then there was no money the account was on R0 but u transferred R170 for the debit order to be paid but no it was not paid they took that money and say it was charged for unpaid funds ahat nonsense is that the poor service of fnb its disgusting
