Wrongfully rated an FNB agent
I WAS AT FIRST NATIONAL BANK WITBANK BRANCH ON THE 19TH NOVEMBER 2015. BEING HELPED BY BARENG. THEN THEY HAVE SEND ME AN SMS WITH 3 OPTIONS INSTEAD OF CHOOSING 1, I CHOSE 3 OF WHICH IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE.<br> BARENG'S SERVICE WAS VERY EXCELLEND. HOPE YOU WILL UNDERSTAND THAT I MADE A MISTAKE.
