<p>I app**** for credit and the credit company informed us that my husband has a "smart loan" with FNB that was given to him in December 2009, and we need to go to the bank and get a letter confirming that the loan was settled in full.</p> <p>We went to the bank and they confim that he wasnt a client and that he doesnt have any loans with FNB and they wil remove his name but it will take up to 48 hours.</p> <p><br />1) He never in his life had an FNB account </p> <p>2) never had any loans or "smart loan" with them.</p> <p> </p> <p>How can you list someone if they are not a client. We ask for a letter confirming that he is not a client and the doesnt have any loans of smart loans and the branch manager said we have to wait 48 hours to receive this letter.</p> <p>They can see on their system he is not a client and never was one and now NEVER become one and still they dont want to give a letter confirming same.</p> <p>Now we loose the goods that was on special because they listed him and cant even provide us with a simple letter to confirm that they made a mistake.</p>

Kindly be advised that in order to assist your husband he will need to contact FNB loans on ***.
Once he has been authenticated he will be advised if there are any loans that has been opened against his name as they have the systems to check that .

He spent 45 min at FNB this mornig on the phone as they told him that he doenst have any accounts with them.
They said they will removed the said "smart loan" but how can you list someone thats not a client.
They cant even provide us with a letter confirming that he is not a client or that he doesnt have any 'smart laon" with you at FNB.
Now due to this mistake on your side we now loose the goods that we app**** for that was on special and are humiliated. We told the cred provider that he never had an account with FNB, or any LOANS in his life at FNB. They said we need to go to the bank and get a letter confirming same and now we cant even get a letter to say that he wasnt a client of FNB EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!
