Wrongfully deduct money for slow lounge

I did not receive any communication that the qualifying criteria for the slow lounge changed. You now also need a Credit card. Thus R250 was deducted from my account for essentially, one banana and 2 pieces of cheese. I am very unhappy about this. How many people did this happen to? FNB making money by *****ing from their customers. I checked through my emails and sms's and definitely did not receive any communication in this regard.

According to the Consumer Protection act:
You also have to communicate clearly the
nature of the programme, the goods or services to which it applies, the steps
required to receive those benefits, as well as the time, venue and people that
should be contacted to join or benefit from the programme

I feel that unless FNB can prove that they did communicate this change to me, that they've acted **********ly and ********.
