Wrongfully debited while under debt review

Why are you still debiting my account for my home loans after being paid every month from debt review. It's been twice that I have been debited my whole salary by you, at the same time I am paying debt busters. Can I be refunded my money that has been debited twice already and can you cancel this debit order as communications were made to you regarding my debt review application.
