Wrongfully charged

FNB they really let me down had money transferred to my account for an emergency but they decided to ***** my money and no money item main while they don’t even allow me to purchase without my money they always declined me I contacted them they promised to refund my money and apologize but still hasn’t received my money is not much but they have no right to take unnecessary money from their clients
