Wrongful Overdraft.

In 2012 My Mother took a loan in 2012 and also in 2015. Both loans were paid up in September 2017. Late November 2017, she received a call from FNB private number telling her she needs to start settling her overdraft loan. When she went to FNB Louis Trichardt they explained to her ,what overdraft is. She did not apply for any overdraft. She asked who authorised it but they refuse to give her names and said the person resigned. The signature on the forms is not hers. She logged a complian to the manager but nothing was done they even refused to give her reference number for complain but instead FNB Is taking every cent from her bank account. My Mum trusted her personal information with FNB but they betrayed her.
