Wrongful Loan Debit

<p>Today at at 14:59 I received an sms from FNB that my Cheque Account .....656482 has been deducted with R1130...from a/c...063386.</p> <p>Please have a look at my account as I have been under administration and i have finished settling my accounts in May this 2016. So as far as I know I don't have any outstanding amounts. As you can see in your records that there are no loans owed everything is paid in full. What i would like to know is why didnt anyone from FNB informed me of this prior that im still owing?. I always check my statements online.
