Wrongful ITC Listing

I had a Fnb personal loan more than 10 years ago, and the account should've been closed long time ago already. Still this loan is reflecting on my Itc credit report and influencing my credit status. I've made several requests to the Credit Buraos and Fnb themselves, but to no avail. What more must I do to get this freaking loan off of my name? I need Fnb to clear my name a.s.a.p from the credit buraos as this is impacting my future credit applications, as this is now showing as if I've never paid for more than 10 years, which is impossible. Clear my credit portfolio with the nonsense you guys listed against my name, or I will consider taking further legal action.
