Wrongful debit on my account

Disgusting service all around. They debited my account twice for the same transaction. When I called to query it, I was told to fill in and email a debit order dispute form. I was told I would receive a response within 5 business days. That was on the 31st of August. No response and no money. You lot disgust me and I will be refering this to the ombudsman.
