Wrongful blockage of account.

I am Noziphiwe Pretty Sibisi, I am a private client of FNB account no: ***. I I opened an account for my son in 2018 FNB. I sometimes used it for my crypto currency and other network marketing for products . As Altcon Trader was using FNB( Where we bought coins & With Luno) at that time so it was convient for me and not one from Fnb that told me it ******* to use fnb account for cypto. Now my account and my sons accounts ( his personal account and his business account) has been blocked by fnb due to people who **** to them.My son forwarded all proof to Beverly from Fnb & Wealth till now no response . My son have nothing to do with this all matter please help him to be out of this issue . Could you please assist ASAP. As his truck is stuck in EC due to him not having fuel money as the driver can't use the petrol card. We have sent supporting documents to the investigating officer. Please help.
