WRONG UPDATE ON LOAN BALANCE.

I took a temp loan mid January 2022. Repaid it at the end of January 2022. The balance was R47.00. Then I deposited R100 in the account to cover the balance. 13 months later April 2023 its written that I missed a payment and my account is in arrears. On my score it is written that it updates monthly, but for 13MONTHS there was no update on it. Even the money that I paid does not even reflect.
