wrong statement

This thing of FNB that if you get 3 months statement for 3 months free it is a lie , have been sending requests via my phone to get a 3 months statement via email but the end date of the statement its not the up to date , its an old statement , and im expecting to get the most updated statement so whats the point of having such facility if it doesn't make our life easy ,cause if i call to request im going to be charged
