Wrong process
I was making a quotation to see if I qualify for credit card but fnb took straight to application process i am not allowed to apply for any credit I simply wanted a quotation not credit application please fnb to list any enquiry about it.

It gave her gross then apply then list of expenses then credit declaration but she puz there. But mine didn't give me that option please check it and remove the enquiry on my name.
